Refund policy

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason, provided that it is unworn, complete, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return an Item

• Submit your return request by email to sav@my-maev.fr, stating your order number.

• Once your request has been approved, the Seller will provide you with the return address and detailed return instructions. No item should be returned before receiving this confirmation, and no return should be sent to the Seller's registered office, as parcels cannot be accepted at that address.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Any item returned worn, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount or may not qualify for a refund.
