Shipping policy

The Seller ships to mainland France and throughout the European Union. Deliveries outside the European Union (including the United States) are available upon request and subject to a prior quotation. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are indicated at checkout or in the quotation.

• Order preparation time: 1 to 3 business days.

• Mainland France: Standard delivery €3.90 (free on orders of €65 or more). Carrier: Colissimo. Transit times are indicative, depend on La Poste and are not guaranteed.

• European Union: Standard International delivery €7.90. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

• Outside the European Union (including the United States): Available upon request at contact@my-maev.com. A quotation specifying the shipping costs (via DHL Express) and, where applicable, customs duties and import taxes will be provided before any order is confirmed. No orders outside the European Union will be shipped without the Customer's prior acceptance of the quotation.

• Order tracking: A tracking number will be sent by email as soon as the order has been dispatched.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Outside the European Union)

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable in addition to the purchase price and shipping costs. Customers are encouraged to check with the customs authorities in their country before placing an order.
